Right to Refuse Service

For the safety and comfort of all guests, The Nail Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to:
•    Anyone with a visible nail or skin condition that may be contagious.
•    Anyone with open wounds or signs of infection in the treatment area.
•    Anyone whose health condition may be negatively affected by our services.
•    Anyone behaving in a rude, aggressive, or disrespectful manner toward staff or other guests

Client Safety & Service Guidelines

  • Diabetic Clients: Please inform us before your service so we can take appropriate precautions. Cutting services are not permitted for diabetic clients,
    •    Spa Chair Safety: Maximum weight capacity is 250 lbs. For your safety, please do not use the chairs if you exceed this limit.
    •    Children in the Salon: We welcome children receiving services. For safety, children under 10 who are not booked for a service must remain seated with a supervising adult at all times.
    •    Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or damaged cell phones or personal items.
    •    Cell Phone Etiquette: Please set phones to silent/vibrate and keep conversations at a low volume to maintain a relaxing environment.
Hands-free use is recommended to avoid contaminating nails during service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 3 days of your appointment. We will make necessary corrections to meet your expectations.
No refunds are issued once a service has been rendered.

Gift Cards

  • Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Treated as cash and not replaceable if lost or stolen.

Payment & Theft of Service

Please ensure you have your payment method with you before service begins.

Failure to pay for services will result in reporting to law enforcement and legal action for theft of service.
